Fried Masala Liver Recipe

Liver – 750 Gms, thinly sliced

For the Marinade:
Ginger Paste – 2 1/2 tsp
Garlic Paste – 2 1/2 tsp
Red Chilli Powder – 2 1/2 tsp
Black Peppercorn Powder – 1 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Lemon Juice – 1
Clarified Butter – 1/2 cup

1. Marinate the liver with the ingredients mentioned for 1 hour.
2. In a large frying pan, heat the clarified butter.
3. Add the marinated liver, a little at a time.
4. Fry till crisp and tender.
5. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain the excess oil on absorbent kitchen towels.
6. Serve hot.

    You can use standard Britannia cheese that you get in the super market.
