Liver with Tomatoes Recipe

Ingredients:
Liver – 450 gms, finely sliced
Butter – 2 tbsp
Ginger – 1/2 inch piece, chopped
Garlic – 3, chopped
Spring Onion – 5, fine chopped
Capsicum – 1, deseeded, finely chopped
Green Coriander – 1 tbsp, chopped
Green Chillies – 3, chopped
Tomatoes – 2, chopped
Salt – 1 tsp
Black Peppercorn Powder – 1 tsp

Method:
1. Heat the butter in a kadai, add the ginger, garlic and fry until light brown.
2. Add the liver and fry for another 2 minutes.
3. Add the spring onions (keep aside a few for garnishing), capsicum, green coriander, green chillies, and tomatoes.
4. Mix well.
5. Add the salt and black peppercorn powder.
6. Fry till the tomato juice is absorbed and the liver is tender.
7. Serve hot, garnished with the remaining spring onions.

    You can use standard Britannia cheese that you get in the super market.
