Bajre Ki Roti Recipe

Millet Flour – 1 1/2 cups
Wheat Flour – 1/2 cup
Ghee to smear

1. Mix the two flours together and knead into a soft dough by adding adequate water.
2. Separate the dough into small balls and then roll each into 8inch in diameter, flat rounds.
3. Heat a tawa and roast each round evenly on both sides.
4. Remove from the pan.
5. Smear one side with a little ghee and serve.
