Ingredients:
Dosa Batter – 4 cups
Pepper Powder – 1 1/2 tblsp
Kumbakonam Betel Leaf – 5
Salt – as required
Oil – as required
Method:
1. Remove the kambu and finely chop the betel leaf.
2. Add pepper powder to the dosa batter.
3. Squeeze the chopped betel leaf and add it to the batter.
4. Make dosa as normal.
