Posto Chorchori Recipe

Poppy Seeds – 1/4 cup
Green Chillies – 2 tsp
Broad Beans – 50 gms, cut into fingers
Cauliflower – 50 gms, small florets
Brinjals – 60 gms, cut into small fingers
Radish – 30 gms, cut into fingers
Cabbage – 60 gms, chopped
Oil – 3 tblsp
Turmeric – 2 tsp
Onion Seeds – 1 tsp
Whole Red Chillies – 2 tsp
Water – 1/4 cup
Salt to taste

1. Soak the poppy seeds in water and make a pulp with green chillies.
2. Heat the oil.
3. Add the turmeric, onion seeds and whole red chillies.
4. Saute for half a minute.
5. Add all the vegetables and saute for about 5 minutes.
6. Add the water, poppy seed paste and salt.
7. Cook till water dries out and the vegetables are cooked.
