Lobster with Mustard Paste


Lobster – 300 gms, diced
Mustard Oil – 1/4 cup
Green Chillies – 5, slit
Mustard Paste – 2 tblsp
Water – 1 cup
Salt – 2 tsp

1. Heat the oil in a pan.
2. Saute the lobster for a few seconds and remove.
3. To the same oil, add the green chillies, mustard paste and the lobster.
4. Add the water and cook till the gravy thickens.
5. Add salt and serve hot.
