Microwave Sweet Corn Vegetable Soup


Whole Sweet Corn Kernels – 1/2 cup
Tender Corn – 1/2 cup, grated
Vegetable Stock – 2 cups
Mixed Vegetables – 1/2 cup, finely chopped
Corn Flour – 1 tblsp
Salt – 1/2 tsp
Ajinomoto – a pinch
White Pepper Powder – 1/4 tsp

1. Put the chopped vegetables in a vessel.
2. Sprinkle a little water and microwave it on high for 4 to 5 minutes.
3. Keep aside.
4. Mix vegetable stock and corn.
5. Microwave it on high for 6 minutes.
6. Add salt, ajinomoto and pepper.
7. Mix cornflour with 1/4 cup cold water.
8. Add it to the soup and microwave it on high for 3 minutes.
9. Stir in between.
10. Garnish with the cooked vegetables.
