Tomato Soya Cheese Puri Recipe

Whole Wheat Flour – 2 cups
Rava – 1 tblsp, fine
Soya Flour – 1/2 cup
Tomato Juice – 1 cup
Salt – to taste
Cheese – 2 to 3 cubes
Red Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
Sugar – 1/2 tsp
Garam Masala Powder – 1/2 cup
Jeera Powder – 1/2 tsp, roasted
Ghee – 1 tsp
Oil for deep frying

1. Mix wheat flour, soya flour, rava together with salt, chilli powder, sugar, jeera powder and garam masala powder.
2. Add 1 tsp of ghee and blend well with flour.
3. Add grated cheese, tomato juice and knead to a smooth puri dough.
4. Sprinkle some water or tomato juice if necessary while kneading.
5. Roll out into small discs and deep fry in hot oil.
6. Serve with side dish of choice.
