Yogurt – 250 gms
Ripe Mango – 1, finely diced
Fresh Coconut – 1/4 cup, grated
Cumin Seeds – 1/2 tsp, dry roasted and powdered
Salt to taste
Curry Leaves – to garnish
1. Put the yogurt in a bowl and whisk till smooth.
2. Add the mango along with the coconut, cumin powder and salt.
3. Mix well.
4. Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with curry leaves.
5. Serve cold.
