Cardamom Chicken Recipe

Ingredients:
Chicken – 1 kg, cut into 10 to 12 pieces
Cardamoms – 15, powdered
Crisp Fried Onions – 1/2 cup
Yogurt – 1 1/2 cups, beaten
Cream – 1 cup
Onions – 2, medium, finely chopped
Coriander Leaves – 1/2 cup, finely chopped
Green Chillies – 8, finely sliced
Lemon Juice – 1/2 cup
Saffron – 1 pinch
Almonds – 3/4 cup, powdered
Salt – 1 tblsp

Method:
1. Put all the ingredients in a heavy based pan and mix so that the chicken is well coated.
2. Put the pan on the stove.
3. Heat the contents of the pan thoroughly, then reduce the heat, cover and cook on low heat for 40 to 45 minutes or till the chicken is completely tender.
4. Saute until the oil, released by the fried onions, comes to the surface.
5. Serve hot.

    You can use standard Britannia cheese that you get in the super market.
