Creamy Chicken Soup Recipe

Ingredients:
Boneless Chicken – 2 cups, cooked and diced
Paneer – 1 1/2 cups
Milk – 1 cup
Mushrooms – 1 cup, sliced
Chives – 1 tblsp, chopped
Paprika – 1/2 tsp
Pepper – 1/2 tsp
Chicken Stock – 4 cups
Salt – 1 tsp
Water – 1 cup
Nutmeg – 1/4 tsp, ground

Method:
1. Put the paneer and milk in a blender. Blend well.
2. Put the mushrooms in a saucepan, along with the chives, paprika, pepper, chicken stock, salt, water and nutmeg.
3. Bring to a boil and then simmer for 10 minutes.
4. Add the chicken along with the paneer-milk mixture.
5. Simmer for another 10 minutes and serve hot.

    You can use standard Britannia cheese that you get in the super market.
