2 tablespoons roasted barley powder
250 ml vanilla ice cream
2 tablespoons honey
2 slices of cut mango
Lemon grass stalk for garnish
1. Whisk rapidly together ingredients 1-3.
2. Distribute the cut mango pieces into 4 white wine glasses.
3. Pour in the vanilla ice cream and barley mix.
4. Place in the freezer till ready to be served.
5. Serve garnished with stalks of lemon grass/ mint leaves.
