Ingredients:
Raw Banana – 2, grated finely
Rice Flour – 2 tblsp
Onion – 1
Ginger – 1 inch piece
Spinach – 1 small bunch, finely chopped
Coriander Leaves – few
Curry Leaves – few
Salt to taste
Oil for deep frying

Method:
1. Mix all the ingredients together to prepare a stiff dough.
2. Prepare small vadas and deep fry till golden brown.
