Parboiled Rice – 2 cups
Fenugreek Seeds – 2 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
1. Wash and soak rice and fenugreek seeds for atleast 2 hours.
2. Grind together well for a minimum of 1 hour, with required water, till the batter is soft and frothy.
3. Mix required salt and transfer to a large vessel.
4. Allow the batter to ferment for atleast 15 hours.
5. Prepare idlis as usual in idli cooker as and when needed.
