Mullangi Kosumalli Recipe

Ingredients:
Radish – 1, large
Green Chillies – 1 to 2
Juice of 1/2 Lemon
Coriander Leaves – little, chopped
Salt to taste

For Seasoning:
Oil – 1 tsp
Mustard Seeds – 1/4 tsp
Curry Leaf – 1 sprig
Turmeric Powder – a pinch

Method:
1. Scrape, wash and cut radish into 1/2 inch long thin pieces.
2. Cut green chilli into 2 to 3 pieces.
3. Heat oil, add mustard seeds.
4. When done add the curry leaves, chilli pieces, turmeric powder.
5. Stir and pour into the vessel containing the radish slices.
6. Add salt, lemon juice and coriander leaves and mix together with radish.
7. Serve chilled.
