Mango Mint Cooler

Ingredients:
Mangoes – 2 to 3, sliced
Mint – a handful
Ginger – a large piece, sliced
Cumin Seeds – 1 tsp
Pepper Corns – 1 tsp
Salt – a pinch
Green Food Colour – 2 to 3 drops
Sugar – 1 to 1 1/2 cup

Method:
1. Boil all the ingredients, except green food colour and sugar, with 2 to 3 cups of water.
2. Cool, mash and pass through sieve and take out as much juice as possible.
3. Take an equal amount of sugar to that of the juice.
4. Add some water, boil to a one-third consistency.
5. Cool thoroughly and add food colour.
6. Mix cooled juice, sugar syrup, cool further and bottle.
7. Serve chilled.
