Mango Coconut Pachadi Recipe

Mango – 1, medium, chopped
Coriander Leaves – 1 tblsp
Salt to taste

For Seasoning:
Oil – 1 tblsp
Mustard Seeds – 1/2 tsp
Curry Leaves – 2 sprigs

Grind to Paste:
Coconut Gratings – 1/2 cup
Green Chillies – 4 to 5
Mustard Seeds – 1 to 1 1/2 tsp
Asafoetida – a pinch

For Raitha:
Curds – 1 to 1 1/2 cups

1. Mix together chopped mango, coriander leaves, salt and ground masala.
2. Season in oil the mustard seeds and curry leaves.
3. Add to the chutney and mix.
4. Beat curds smooth. Add to the chutney.
5. A pinch of sugar may be added if desired. Mix all together.
6. Serve as an accompaniment.
