Jackfruit Seeds – 25 to 30
Green Chillies – 3
Coconut – 2 tblsp. grated
Sugar – a pinch
Juice of 1/2 Lemon
Coriander Leaves – 1 tblsp, chopped
Salt to taste

For Seasoning:
Til Oil – 3 tsp
Mustard Seeds – 1/2 tsp
Chana Dal – 1 tsp
Urad Dal – 1 tsp
Curry Leaves – 2 sprigs
Ground Nut – 1 tbslp

1. Boil, peel and pound coarsely the seeds along with chillies and salt.
2. Heat oil, add seasonings, when done, add ground nut, stir till browned lightly on low heat.
3. Add pounded jack fruit seeds, continue to fry for a couple of minutes longer.
4. Now add coconut, sugar and chopped coriander leaves, mix thoroughly, remove from fire.
5. Sprikle lemon juice and mix once again.
6. Serve hot with rice.
