Lettuce with Peas

Ingredients:
Peas – 1 cup, shelled
Lettuce – 1 head
Onion – 1 medium, minced
Butter – 1 tblsp
Sugar – 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Pepper Powder – little
Light Cream – 2 tblsp

Method:
1. Break lettuce leaves, wash thoroughly, chop and put in a pan.
2. Add all ingredients to pan except pepper powder and cream.
3. Cover and cook till peas are tender.
4. Remove from fire.
5. Transfer lettuce onto a serving bowl.
6. Beat cream light, pour into bowl, mix lightly.
7. Sprinkle pepper powder.
8. Serve.
