Ingredients:
Bottle Gourd – 250 gms, peeled and grated
Milk – 1 litre, full cream
Sugar – 100 gms
Dry Fruits – 2 tblsp (almonds, cashewnuts, pistachios), chopped
Ghee – 1 tblsp
Cardamom – 3, powdered

Method:
1. Melt ghee.
2. Add the grated gourd and fry for 5 minutes, stirring continuously.
3. Add milk and boil for 15 minutes.
4. Add sugar and dry fruits.
5. Add cardamom powder and mix well.
6. Serve warm.
