How to Make Chopda Recipe

Ingredients:
Whole Wheat Flour – 330 gms
Ghee or Oil – 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil for frying

Method:
1. Mix the flour, ghee and salt together by adding enough water to knead a soft dough.
2. Divide into 10 portions.
3. Roll out into thin medium size rounds.
4. Heat the griddle.
5. Place the rotis on the griddle and cook on both the sides by applying enough oil.
6. Serve hot with pickle.
