Groundnut – 1 cup, peeled and coarsely grounded
Jaggery – 1 1/2 cups, grated
Ghee – 1 tblsp
1. Melt ghee and add the jaggery.
2. Fry for 5 minutes, stirring continuously on slow flame.
3. Add the peanuts and mix well.
4. Pour into a greased thali and spread evenly with the help of a small bowl.
5. Cut into small squares when still it is warm.
6. Store in an airtight container.
