Shrimp in Black Bean Sauce Recipe

Shrimps –  5, large
Black Bean Sauce –  1 large cup
Ginger – 1 knob
Garlic – 4 to 5 cloves
Chillies – 2
Spring Onions – 3 to 4 stalks
Lemon Juice – 1 tblsp
Coriander Leaves – a small bunch
Brocolli – 3-5 branches
Bokchoy – 1
Light Soya Sauce – 1 tblsp
Vegetable Oil – 1 cup

1. In a pan fry the shrimp for two minutes.
2. In a bowl mix the brocolli, the bokchoy, the spring onions and the chillies in soya sauce and the black bean sauce.
3. Pan fry all the ingredients along with the shrimp for five minutes and serve.
