Kakdi Raita Recipe

Cucumber – 1, medium
Green Chillies – 1 to 2 small
Onion – 1, small
Coriander Leaves – 1 tblsp, chopped
Curds – 2 cups
Cumin Seeds – 1 tsp
Chilli Powder – 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste

1. Peel cucumber, discard centre seed portion and chop the rest.
2. Mince green chillies and onion, add to cucumber along with coriander leaves.
3. Beat curds smooth, add salt and chilli powder, pour into cucumber.
4. Broil cumin seeds, powder, add to mixture, mixing everything thoroughly and pour into bowl.
5. Garnish with some coriander leaves.
6. Serve chilled.
