Egg Fry Rolls Recipe

Bread crumbs – 3 Cup
Eggs – 2
Black Pepper powder – 1 tsp
Oil or Ghee – 3 tbsps
Salt – as required


1. Break the eggs into a small pan.
2.  Add pepper powder, salt and mix the whole contents.
3. Add the bread crumbs into the egg mixture and mix it well.
4. Make round-shaped balls out of the bread-egg mixture.
5.  Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the egg balls one at a time until it becomes golden brown.
6. Serve the egg fry rolls hot with tomato ketchup or chutney.

Preparation Time: 5-10 mins
