Capsicums – 2, chopped
Juice of 1 Lemon
Oil – 2 tsp
Pepper Powder – 1/2 tsp
Sugar – 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
1. Heat oil, fry capsicum on low heat for 1 to 2 mnutes or till capsicums start getting soft.
2. Add salt, pepper powder and stir.
3. Remove from fire and cool.
4. Add lemon juice, sugar, chopped coriander leaves, mix and chill.
5. Serve chilled.
Note: if desired, the salad can be prepared without cooking. Do not fry capsicum, mix all ingredients and serve chilled.
