Eggs – 2
Milk – 2 tblsp
Sugar – 2 tsp
Butter – 1 tblsp
1. Break eggs into a bowl and beat till light and frothy.
2. Add milk and sugar and beat with a few strokes more to blend well.
3. Heat butter in a frying pan and when hot pour egg mixture into it spreading it evenly.
4. Cook on low heat till the bottom of omelette is golden brown, then turn omelette over and allow other side to cook till golden brown.
5. Serve hot at once.
