Ingredients:
Whole Wheat Flour – 500 gms
Rawa – 150 gms
Powdered Sugar – 100 gms
Nutmeg Powder – 1/2 tsp
Cashew Nuts – 2 tsp
Cardamom Powder – 2 tsp
Toddy – 1/2 bottle
Oil – 4 tblsp
Salt to taste
Method:
1. Mix flour and rawa.
2. Add powdered sugar, cashew nuts, oil, salt, nutmeg powder and cardamom powder.
3. Mix toddy and prepare dough.
4. Cover and keep it for 3 hours in a warm place.
5. Roll out thick rounds from the dough.
6. Fry over medium flame.
7. Serve hot.
