Ingredients:
Moraiya – 125 gms
Potato – 1, peeled and chopped
Green Chillies – 3 to 4, finely chopped
Peanuts – 1 tblsp, coarsely grounded
Cumin Seeds – 1/2 tsp
Curry Leaves – few
Curd – 170-200 gms
Ghee – 1 tblsp
Coriander Leaves – 30 gms, chopped
Salt as required
Method:
1. Wash the moraiya and soak in water for 30 minutes.
2. Heat ghee.
3. Add cumin seeds and curry leaves.
4. After the crackle, add the chopped potato and fry for 2-3 minutes.
5. Add the peanuts and chillies. Fry for 2 minutes more.
6. Add the moraiya and 750 ml of water. Cover and cook for 5 minutes.
7. Add the curd and cook till done. Remove from fire.
8. Add chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with curd.
