Methi Na Dhebra


Whole Wheat Flour – 110 gms
Millet Flour – 110 gms
Bengal Gram Flour – 15 gms
Fenugreek Leaves – 100 gms, chopped
Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
Curd – 85 gms
Garlic Paste – 1 tblsp
Chilli Paste – 1 tblsp
Oil – 15 gms
Sugar – 15 gms
Salt to taste
Oil to roast the dhebras

1. Combine all the ingredients to make a soft dough, adding water if required.
2. Divide the dough into 12 equal balls.
3. Roll out each ball into thin round dhebras.
4. Cook on both sides on a griddle using the little oil till golden brown.
5. Serve hot.
