How to Make Lachko Dal Recipe

Ingredients:
Toovar Dal – 150 gms
Cumin Seeds – 1/2 tsp
Turmeric Powder – 1/2 tsp
Ghee – 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste

Method:
1. Pressure cook the dal in 400 ml of water for 10 minutes.
2. Heat the ghee, add the cumin seeds and fry till they crackle.
3. Add the dal, turmeric powder and salt and cook till the dal comes to a boil.
4. Serve hot with ghee and rice.
