Tomato and Fresh Chilli Chutney


Red Pepper – 1
Tomatoes – 4, chopped
Fresh Green Chillies – 2, chopped
Garlic – 1 clove, crushed
Salt – 1/4 tsp
Granulated Sugar – 1/2 tsp
Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
Tomato Puree – 3 tblsp
Fresh Coriander – 1 tblsp, chopped

1. Halve the red pepper and remove the core and seeds.
2. Roughly chop the red pepper halves.
3. Grind the pepper with the tomatoes, chillies, garlic, salt, sugar, chilli powder, tomato puree and coriander with 2 tblsp of water in a mixie until smooth.
4. Transfer to a jar, cover and chill until needed.
