Bengal Gram Flour – 250 gms
Red Chilli Powder – 1 tblsp
Carom Seeds – 1/2 tsp
Ginger Paste – 1 tsp
Green Chilli Paste – 2 tblsp
Pepper Corns – 1 tsp
Coriander Seeds – 1 tsp
Sugar – 20 gms
Oil – 2-3 tblsp
Sour Curd – 170 gms
Salt to taste
Oil for frying

1. Mix all the ingredients and knead to a soft dough by adding a little water if required.
2. Place the dough in the fulwadi mould and pass it out through the holes.
3. Deep fry in oil till golden brown.
