Plain Yogurt – 1 1/2 cups
Seedless Grapes – 75 gms
Shelled Walnuts – 1/2 cup
Bananas – 2, firm
Granulates Sugar – 1 cup
Salt as required
Freshly Ground Cumin Seeds – 1 tsp
Freshly roasted Cumin Seeds, Chilli Powder or Paprika – 1/4 tsp, to garnish
1. Place the yogurt in a chilled bowl and add the grapes and walnuts.
2. Slice the bananas directly into the bowl and fold in gently before they turn brown.
3. Add the sugar, salt and ground cumin and gently mix together.
4. Chill and just before serving, sprinkle on the cumin seeds, chilli powder or paprika.
