  • 1 cup Idlies (crumbled)
  • 1/2 Onion (chopped)
  • 1/4 tsp Bengal Gram Dal
  • 1/2 Tomato (chopped)
  • 1 small Green Chilli (finely sliced)
  • 2 to 3 Curry Leaves
  • 1/4 tsp Ginger (grated)
  • Coriander Leaves (few, chopped)
  • Salt (as per taste)
  • 1/4 tsp Mustard Seeds
  • 2 tsp Oil: 2 tsp
  • Turmeric Powder (a small pinch)
  • Asafoetida Powder (a small pinch)

  • Fry the mustard seeds till they start to splutter.
