3 cups heavy cream
1/2 cup powdered sugar
16 ripe firm mangos
1. Cut mangoes into pieces but do not peel.
2. Simmer in a small amount of water 25-30 minutes, until tender.
3. Force through a fine sieve. Cool.
4. Fold in stiffly whipped cream.
5. Add sugar and turn into individual dessert dishes.
6. Garnish with shaved chocolate. Chill.
