Mysore Rasam Powder Recipe

Coriander Seeds – 2 cups
Black Peppercorns – 1/4 cup
Cumin Seeds – 1/4 cup
Fenugreek Seeds – 4 tsp
Curry Leaves – a bunch
Dry Red Chillies – 2 cups
Oil – 3 tsp
Turmeric Powder – 2 tsp

1. Dry roast the coriander seeds, peppercorns, cumin seeds, fenugreek seeds and curry leaves till they give out their aroma. Set aside.
2. Fry the red chillies in the oil.
3. Grind all the ingredients together to a fine powder adding the turmeric powder.
4. Store in an airtight container and use as required.
