Coconut Milk (Thengai Paal) Recipe

Coconut – 4 tblsp, grated
Hot Water – 1 cup

1. Soak the grated coconut in hot water for about 15 minutes.
2. Squeeze out the milk.

    You can use standard Britannia cheese that you get in the super market.
