White Sesame Seeds (Ellu) – 100 gms, dry roasted
Jaggery – 1/3 cup (5 tblsp)
Cardamom Powder – little
Ghee – as required
1. Add little water to jaggery and mix until jaggery dissolves fully.
2. Place this over medium flame and bring to a boil.
3. Strain and boil again till it starts to thicken.
4. Pour this over the sesame seeds.
5. Add cardamom powder and ghee.
6. Mix well and shape into small balls.
