A large mango – peeled and de-stoned
1/2 an onion – chopped
1/2 cup cold water
A small chilli pepper – minced
Freshly squeezed juice of a lemon
1/2 tsp ginger – grated
1. Process all the ingredients in a blender till the mixture is creamy and smooth.
2. You may add a bit of water while processing.
3. Chill the soup and dig into it on a hot summer afternoon.
