Banana / Mango – 100 gms
Dried Apricots – 25 gms
Soaked Almonds – 5 nos
Ginger Syrup – 2 tbsp or fresh ginger a small piece
Natural muesli (granola) – 40gms
Wheat germ -1 tsp
Toned milk – 200ml
1. Using a sharp knife, chop the fruit, dried apricots and almonds into slices or chunks.
2. Put the apricots and the fruit in a blender or food processor and add the syrup from the ginger jar with the muesli and milk.
3. Process until smooth, adding more milk if necessary, to make a creamy drink. Serve in tall glasses.
