Ingredients:
Bengal Gram Flour – 135 gms
Semolina – 75 gms
Chilli Paste – 1 tsp
Ginger Paste – 1 tsp
Cumin Seeds Powder – 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder – 1/2 tsp
Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
Fennel Seeds – 1 tsp
Coriander Seeds – 1 tsp
Peppercorns – 1 tsp
Sugar – 40 gms
Garam Masala – 1/2 tsp
Coriander Leaves – 30 gms, chopped
Oil – 45 gms
Juice of 1 Lemon
Salt to taste
Oil for frying

Method:
1. Combine all the ingredients in a flat bowl and mix well.
2. Add 270ml of water and make a batter.
3. Keep aside for 30 minutes.
4. Stir the batter again and deep fry small pakodas on slow flame.
5. Drain on absorbent paper.
6. Serve hot with curd.
