Banana Jeera Fry Recipe

Ingredients:
Raw Bananas – 2, small
Onions – 1 1/2 tblsp, Big, chopped finely
Oil for frying
Turmeric Powder – 1/4 tsp
Salt as required

Grind together:
Fresh Coconut – 1 1/2 tblsp, grated
Cumin Seeds – 3/4 tsp
Red Chillies – 3 or 4

Method:
1. Peel and dice banana into medium cubes.
2. Heat oil in a deep pan and fry onions till golden.
3. Add banana pieces and fry for a minute or two.
4. Add ground paste, salt, turmeric with little water and close with a lid.
5. Stir in between and cook in reduced flame till curry becomes dry.

    You can use standard Britannia cheese that you get in the super market.
