Peas Curry


Fresh Green Peas or Fresh Field Bean Seeds – 1/4 kg
Oil for frying
Salt as required

Pound together coarsely:
Big Onion – 1 diced
Garlic – 3 flakes
Green Chillies – 3 or 4
Fresh Coconut – 2 tblsp, grated

1. Cook peas separately till soft and drain water completely.
2. Heat oil and fry pound ingredietns for few minutes, till raw smell is lost.
3. Add peas, salt and fry for 1 to 2 minutes.
4. Serve with rice.
