Malabar Yam (Colocasia) – 1/4 kg
Green Chillies – 4
Cumin Seeds – 1/2 tsp
Salt as required
Fresh Coconut – 3 tblsp, grated
Fresh Thick Curds – 2 cups
Oil – 1 tsp
Mustard Seeds – 1/4 tsp
Curry Leaves – few
1. Wash, scrape the outer skin of the yam and cut into small pieces.
2. Steam cook and grind it with other ingredients and mix with whipped thick curds.
3. Heat oil, add mustard seeds, curry leaves and mix with pachadi.
