Ginger Pachadi Recipe

Fresh Thick Curds – 1 cup
Salt as required

For Seasoning:
Oil – 1 1/2 tsp
Mustard Seeds – 1/4 tsp

Grind Together:
Ginger – 1 inch piece
Fresh Coconut – 1/4 cup, grated
Garlic – 2 flakes
Green Chillies – 2
Sugar – 1 tsp

1. Grind the ingredients to a thick paste with little water.
2. Season with mustard seeds and garnish with coriander and curry leaves.
3. Mix fresh thick curds just before serving.
