Manathakkali Pachadi Recipe

Manathakkali Leaves – 1 cup
Green Chillies – 2 to 3
Fresh Coconut – 2 tblsp, grated
Salt – little
Fresh Thick Curds – 1/2 to 3/4 cup
Oil for frying

For Seasoning:
Mustard Seeds – 1/4 tsp
Oil – 1 tsp

1. Heat little oil and fry green chillies and manathakkali leaves till it shrinks completely.
2. Remove from fire and grind with coconut, salt with minimum water to smooth paste.
3. Heat oil and season with mustard seeds, and mix with ground paste.
4. Just before serving mix with fresh thick curds.

    i just want to know about manathakkali fruit recipe
    as my mother used to prepare with it as puli pachadi
    very yummy
