Sambar Onions
Ingredients:
Small Onions – 1/2 kg, peeled
Lemon – 3
Salt – 1 tblsp
Chilli Powder – 2 tsp

Method:
1. Peel onion and slice it into half.
2. Mix with other ingredients and keep it in a bottle.
3. Mix two or three times within that day.
4. Use after 10 hours.
5. This stays good for one week.
