1. Wash and cut mushroom into thin slices.
2. Separate cauliflower into small flowerets and put in hot water for 3 minutes. Strain the water and keep aside.
3. Cut spring onions finely.
4. Heat butter and fry sliced onions for 2 minutes.
5. Add cauliflower, mushroom, ajinomoto and fry for few minutes.
6. Add ground paste and cook in medium flame till moisture is absorbed.
7. Add spring onions after removing from fire.
