Paneer and Fruit Salad Recipe

Paneer – 250 gms
Black Grapes – 1 cup
Green Grapes – 1/2 cup
Mangoes – 1
Cherry Tomatoes – 1/2 cup
Pineapple – 4 slices
Soaked Nuts – 1/2 cup (optional)
Sesame Seeds – 2 tblsp, roasted
Lettuce – 6 to 8 leaves
Honey – 1/4 cup
Lemon Juice – 2 tblsp
Salt – 1 tsp
Pepper Powder – 1 tsp
Mustard Powder – 1/4 tsp

1. Cut paneer into 1/2 inch cubes and marinate it with lemon juice, salt and pepper powder for 30 minutes.
2. Mix all the chopped fruits and nuts.
3. Pour honey over them and toss well.
4. Sprinkle mustard powder over the fruits and chill for a minimum of 30 minutes.
5. Remove lettuce from water, pat it dry lightly and arrange the leaves in a platter.
6. Mix the prepared fruits and marinated paneer and place them in the centre of a lined platter.
7. Arrange the cherry tomatoes around the pile of salad and Sprinkle the roasted sesame seeds on it and serve.
